M\u00eame les gouvernants, malgr\u00e9 leur <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">engagement, ont du mal \u00e0 respecter ces droits humains. Et cette situation a <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">suscit\u00e9 de nombreuses r\u00e9flexions. Selon certaines de ces r\u00e9flexions, le <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">fondement des droits de l\u2019homme serait la source de ces violations. Ces <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">droits en effet paraissent plus essentiels qu\u2019existentiels. D\u00e8s lors, notre <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">travail s\u2019est donn\u00e9 pour double t\u00e2che : d\u2019une part, voir si le fondement des <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">droits de l\u2019homme est plus essentiel qu\u2019existentiel et, d\u2019autre, montrer sur <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">quelle base on peut fonder les droits de l\u2019homme afin d\u2019\u00e9viter les violations <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">d\u00e9plor\u00e9es presque quotidiennement dans le monde.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Mots-cl\u00e9s : Refondation \u2013 droits &#8211; humains \u2013 \u00e9thique &#8211; cons\u00e9quentialisme.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Abstract:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">We are increasingly witnessing repeated and diverse human rights <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">violations. Even the rulers, despite their commitment, find it difficult to <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">respect these human rights. And this situation has given rise to many <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">reflections. According to some of these reflections, the basis of human <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">rights is the source of these violations. These rights appear to be more<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">essential than existential. Therefore, this study assigns itself a twofold <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">objective: on the one hand, to see if the foundation of human rights is more <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">essential than existential and, on the other, to show on what basis we can <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">found human rights man in order to avoid the violations deplored almost <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">daily in the world.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Keywords: Refoundation &#8211; rights &#8211; human &#8211; ethics &#8211; consequentialism.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>R\u00e9sum\u00e9 Nous assistons de plus en plus \u00e0 des violations r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9es et diversifi\u00e9es des droits de l\u2019homme.
