La disponibilit\u00e9 de ce capital de production agricole s\u2019inscrit, d\u00e8s lors, au c\u0153ur des enjeux de propri\u00e9t\u00e9 et d\u2019usage qui pr\u00e9carisent les conditions de production de ces acteurs. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Conduite dans une d\u00e9marche qualitative en utilisant les techniques d\u2019observation, d\u2019entretiens individuels et de groupe avec les paysans et les responsables locaux des 17 cantons de la pr\u00e9fecture du Zio au Togo, la recherche d\u00e9bouche sur les r\u00e9sultats qui retracent les m\u00e9canismes non r\u00e9vocables et les m\u00e9canismes r\u00e9vocables. Par des pratiques fonci\u00e8res endog\u00e8nes, les paysans acc\u00e8dent aux terres cultivables qu\u2019ils exploitent. L\u2019h\u00e9ritage foncier, l\u2019achat, le dem\u03b5 et le bail constituent les moyens d\u2019acc\u00e8s aux terres cultivables de cette pr\u00e9fecture.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Mots-cl\u00e9s : m\u00e9canismes, acc\u00e8s, terres cultivables, Zio, Togo.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Abstract<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">In the context of modernity marked by the individualization of\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">and in Togo, the land status of peasants is undergoing major changes, requiring them to adapt in order to access arable land. The availability of this agricultural production capital is therefore at the heart of the issues of ownership and use that make the production conditions of these stakeholders more precarious. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Conducted in a qualitative approach using observation techniques, individual and group interviews with the peasants then the local officials of the 17 cantons of the Zio administrative district in Togo, the research leads to results which trace the non-revocable mechanisms and revocable mechanisms. Through endogenous land tenure practices, the peasants gain access to the arable land they exploit.
