Le d\u00e9veloppement \u00e0 l\u2019occidental que tous les gouvernants promettent semble arr\u00eat\u00e9 avec le d\u00e9part des colons. Et l\u2019on peut \u00e9voquer plusieurs causes\/raisons pour tenter de comprendre cette situation qui conduit parfois \u00e0 l\u2019afro-pessimisme. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Consid\u00e9rant que le syst\u00e8me r\u00e9publicain et d\u00e9mocratique est l\u2019instance o\u00f9 se construisent dans les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s modernes la vie et le d\u00e9veloppement des peuples, nous examinons ici l\u2019hypoth\u00e8se suivante : la faute principale n\u2019est-elle pas \u00e0 rechercher du c\u00f4t\u00e9 politique, notamment au niveau des pouvoirs ex\u00e9cutifs africains ?<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Mots-cl\u00e9s : Pouvoirs, l\u00e9gislatif, ex\u00e9cutif, judiciaire, gouvernance.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Abstract<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Since the independence era of African countries, social progress in most states has been mixed. The Western type of development that all rulers promise seems to have come to a stop with the departure of the settlers.
