\nCette \u00e9tude porte sur \u00ab Les femmes m\u00e9di\u00e9vales, victimes des in\u00e9galit\u00e9s sociales. Le cas de Nicolette dans l\u2019\u0153uvre Aucassin et Nicolette; m\u00e9thodologie pour une \u00e9tude compar\u00e9e.\u00bb Dans ladite \u0153uvre, nous avons relev\u00e9 que Nicolette a \u00e9t\u00e9 victime d\u2019injustice et d\u2019interdiction de se marier avec Aucassin \u00e0 cause de son statut d\u2019esclave. Pour mieux restituer la quintessence des r\u00e9sultats auxquels nous sommes parvenu, nous avons choisi l\u2019approche sociocritique qui permet une vue claire de la sph\u00e8re mise en fiction dans l\u2019\u0153uvre que nous avons choisi d\u2019exploiter. <\/span>Notre \u00e9tude prend en compte trois aspects, notamment le statut de la femme m\u00e9di\u00e9vale, l\u2019\u00e9volution dans le temps de l\u2019image de la femme, objet de l\u2019\u00e9tude compar\u00e9e et enfin la discussion sur les r\u00e9sultats obtenus.<\/span>
\nEn d\u00e9finitive, il appara\u00eet que les femmes m\u00e9di\u00e9vales, plus sp\u00e9cialement l\u2019h\u00e9ro\u00efne Nicolette, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 victimes d\u2019injustices sociales et que le statut de la femme a consid\u00e9rablement \u00e9volu\u00e9 avec le temps gr\u00e2ce aux actions salutaires entreprises par les \u00e9crivains et les d\u00e9fenseurs des droits de la personne.<\/span>

Abstract<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nThis study on \u201cLes femmes m\u00e9di\u00e9vales, victimes des in\u00e9galit\u00e9s sociales: cas de Nicolette dans l\u2019\u0153uvre Aucassin et Nicolette; m\u00e9thodologie pour une \u00e9tude compar\u00e9e\u201d raises the problematic of legibility of the book. In the aforementioned book, we have found that Nicolette, a female character was a victim of injustice and forbidden to get married to Aucassin due to her social rank, or her status as a slave. In order to relay the quintessence of the issues raised, we have chosen sociocriticism as the approach that lends tools for a clear view of evidence on the social sphere defamiliarised in the novel.<\/span>
\nOur study is subdivided into three parts, namely: the status of the medieval woman, the comparative study of the depiction of the developing image of woman with time, and the discussion of the achieved results.<\/span>
\nThis study has finally found that medieval women, specifically Nicolette the heroine, has been a victim of social injustices (social inequalities) and that the status of the woman has considerably changed with time owing to the works of creative writers and defenders of human rights.<\/span>
