En v\u00e9rit\u00e9, Jean-Paul Sartre fonde sa litt\u00e9rature sur ces deux concepts qui sont consubstantiels \u00e0 l\u2019action de tous les jours. Ainsi, les protagonistes sartriens sont plac\u00e9s dans des situations extr\u00eames, soumis \u00e0 des pressions contraignantes et contingentes qu\u2019ils doivent transcender pour ne pas ali\u00e9ner leur libert\u00e9, socle sur lequel repose leur vie. Aussi convertissent-ils le hasard en n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 ou l\u2019insignifiant en signifiant, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur propension cong\u00e9nitale \u00e0 l\u2019engagement et leur qu\u00eate perp\u00e9tuelle de la libert\u00e9, inh\u00e9rente \u00e0 leur situation.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Mots-cl\u00e9s : engagement, situation, libert\u00e9, th\u00e9\u00e2tre, \u00e9thique.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Abstract<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">The aim of this article is to highlight the fundamentals of Sartrian writing through commitment and situation. To tell the truth, Jean-Paul Sartre grounds his literature in these two concepts which are consubstantial with every day action. Thus, the Sartrian protagonists undergo extreme situations, subjected to restrictive and contingent pressures they must overcome in order not to alienate their freedom, the very foundation on which their life rests.
