Ce droit naturel non cessible et non hypoth\u00e9cable de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile est le symbole de sa libert\u00e9, de son pouvoir et de sa r\u00e9silience contre la d\u00e9rive politique tyranno-monarchique susceptible de rompre le contrat social, fond\u00e9 sur le principe de rationalit\u00e9 et de moralit\u00e9. Le Trait\u00e9 du gouvernement civil est, de ce point de vue, un manifeste parfait de la th\u00e9orie de la d\u00e9sob\u00e9issance l\u00e9gitime citoyenne dont l\u2019histoire politique r\u00e9cente du Burkina Faso a renforc\u00e9 davantage la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 et la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 des th\u00e8ses.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Mots-cl\u00e9s : \u00e9tat de nature, loi naturelle, contrat social, soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile, r\u00e9sistance civile, tyrannie.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Abstract<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Locke&rsquo;s contractualism and republicanism, rigorously thought out in the XVIIth century under a critical inspiration from Hobbes&rsquo;s political philosophy, justify and defend an inalienable right of man and people: the right of citizen resistance, the right of civil self-defense. This nontransferable and not mortgageable natural right of civil society is the symbol of its freedom, its power and its resilience against the political tyranno-monarchic drift likely to break the social contract based on the principle of rationality and morality.
