This paper fosters a more meaningful integration of people and cultures for the materialisation of peace and development. This study deploys Social Semiotics which is an approach that investigates the systematic relationships between social reality and signs, texts and discourses to analyse the issue of cultural integration before showing that an expressive reconciliation of cultures must be stimulated and ethical behaviour enhanced in order to boost the development of our nations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Keywords<\/strong>: Culture, Religion, Conflict, Ethics, Development.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><em>R\u00e9sum\u00e9<\/em> <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 L\u2019interaction entre des personnes d\u2019horizons diff\u00e9rents joue un r\u00f4le important dans le d\u00e9veloppement de toute soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Cette \u00e9tude encourage une int\u00e9gration plus significative des personnes et des cultures pour la r\u00e9alisation de la paix et du d\u00e9veloppement.
