Résumé
Le présent article a pour objectif de passer par les études spatiales et sociétales pour dégager les différentes connotations découlant du contact des espaces fictionnels avec le corps féminin. En effet, la distribution sexuée des espaces effectuée dans le contexte colonial et postcolonial a laissé perplexe nombre des écrivaines telles que Jeannette Ahonsou qui envisage désormais passer par les représentations de l’espace pour définir le nouveau statut du féminin ainsi que la charge sémantique que peut générer sa présence au sein d’un espace donné. Dans ce sillage, Ahonsou introduit au sein de sa trame textuelle des personnages féminins à caractère émancipateur qui réinvestissent l’espace fictionnel à travers leurs multiples rôles. Le personnage de Judith, une jeune infirmière, sera à l’origine d’un bouleversement spatial qui s’engendrera dans Le piège à conviction induisant à parler de ‘’la transgression spatiale’’ dans l’oeuvre.

Abstract
The objective of this article is to go through spatial and societal studies to identify the different connotations resulting from the contact of fictional spaces with the female body. Indeed, the sexual distribution of spaces carried out in the colonial and postcolonial context has left many writers perplexed such as Jeannette Ahonsou who now considers going through the representations of space to define the new status of the feminine as well as the semantic charge that can generate its presence within a given space. In this wake, Ahonsou introduces into its textual framework female characters with an emancipatory character who reinvest the fictional space through their multiple roles. The character of Judith, a young nurse, will be at the origin of a spatial upheaval which will occur in The Conviction Trap, leading to talk of “spatial transgression” in the work.
